These people are truly amazing. I can honestly say, I've never experienced another company with such a high level of customer service and a genuine "care" for their Apple community.

The team is friendly, knowledgable and genuine, and has been a big reason for myself, my friends and my family never even looking at changing our devices to a competitors model, even if they are cheaper.

They products are high class and quality and so are the staff. Always a great experience!

I upgraded the latest iOS software to my phone which caused my iPhone 4S to not turn on, brought it to Apple where they said it was an easy fix. The staff at the genius bar assign you and give you estimated waiting times etc and are very lovely. It turned out my phone would not turn on, and they refused to try anything else and tried to sell a refurbished phone on me telling me it was new. I was unhappy with the uncaring attitude and trying to force me to pay $300 for a phone which isn't new. I am bitter about that but I can't fault the staff who greeted me, or the staff who issued me a refund on the refurbished phone when I realised it wasn't new, who was very lovely and apologetic for the 20 minute wait. In short I'll try my best not to come back here but it is nice to know that the Genius bar staff are friendly and know their stuff, even if they don't exactly go the extra mile.

Absolutely best benchmark service. You can't get better then this. Other businesses can really learn from these customer service kings. I love their products but I know that part can come down to personal taste.

Fantastic store with heaps of range. Visually stunning from inside and out. My only issue is I found the staff to be too casual at times. Most seem to be in their twenties and certainly appeal to people their own age. However I would prefer a more professional approach to my customer service.

My first visit to the Sydney Apple store and it was almost a perfect experience. I just wish I didn't have to ask where to find the Mophie battery chargers (upstairs) and then ask how to get to the upper level.  Once I found the very cool glass stairs, I was again impressed by this amazing store and all the super cool items.Not only did I find what I was looking for, I found a bunch of other cool Apple products that I wished I had!When it came time to finalize my purchase, a friendly and helpful staff member processed my credit card payment and emailed my receipt to me within seconds.

I've been there on many occasions including to buy a product or to attend an appointment with the Genius Bar or to join in a tectorial class which are provided for free. Apple maintains a high quality of the products they sell. The staff always keen to help and provide knowledgeable information. I gave them a good value rating because the products they sell are of extremely high quality. It's missing a value star because some of the perks might be slightly exaggerated in price, third-party products are extremely high prices compare to other places, and finally they don't match with other competitors.

He had an appointment...
Wow, boy was I surprised by how the service was...
I don't know if they are like that all the time but for what I saw, it was not good..

This was the first experience and i loved it. My iphone ear piece wasn't working. I couldn't hear anything when people call me but i can hear the speaker. I got to the apple store and they checked out my phone and gave me a replacement on the spot no hassle at all. i was so happy, never thought it was be so simple and they were so friendly. keep it up guys great services.

they provide good services, but i really feel very uncomfortable with their service, especially about the date, there is no information when the product will done or something like that.
