The best doughnuts in town - and i live nearby. Yes it's a bit hard to get into the parking area because it's kinda hiding, but it's quite a large complex.

Went here for lunch, it wasn't busy but the staffs were too slow in handling our orders. And we waited for a long time for the meals to come out. The ribs itself was great, very rich and tasty.

This review is for Grand Mercure Hunter Valley Gardens, Pokolbin NSW

Stayed at this property during NYE and booked it during their supersale - so we got the special price of $99/night for the priviledge room. The location is great, very close to the Hunter Valley Garden, the room was spacious, but i don't think it's worth the full price of >$250. Will stay again here if we get another special rate :-)

This review is for Medina Executive Wollongong, Wollongong NSW

The number 1 accommodation in Wollongong. Stayed here couple times already, both in their studio & 1 bedroom apartment room; everything was perfect each time. Their customer service was amazing, we arrived at 11 in the morning, the room wasn't ready and we left our luggages in their care. Few minutes later they called to advise the room was ready and as soon as we walked into the lobby, our luggages were already been taken out from the luggage storage room and our room keys ready. The room was spotless - a big room for the studio unit & very spacious unit for the 1 bedroom apartment with complete kitchen utensils and utilities. Will definitely be back.

This review is for Miso Japanese Restaurant, Sydney NSW

Went to Miso for a dinner on rainy Friday night, it was yes very busy - but we only had to wait for a table for 15 minutes. The service was prompt; the chicken karaage was to die for. Will definitely be back! The meal portion was actually too big for a petite person like me, but it's worth the value.

This review is for Go West Tours, Northcote VIC

verified email - 16 Mar 2010

We chose Go West for Great Ocean Road tour at the very last minute - booked the tour the day before. Was pleasantly surprised with the tour operator (sorry I forgot his name) - he was very entertaining. It was a pity though that the other passengers didn't listen to him. The return journey was quite long and little did we know that they provided a free PSP and movie. :-)

The cheapest place to go for any computer hardwares in Sydney. Their prices are updated daily to match their competitors' prices so it's hard to beat them.
Don't like their website, they should hire a web designer to design it for them.

The shop is very small - and they only employ 3 - 5 people so it takes a while to serve 1 customer. They rarely answer any phone nor email enquiries, so we can only go to the store, choose the products and pay on the spot. I had a bright pixel problem on my brand new LCD monitor. I brought it back to the store in 3 days after I bought it and they replaced it with a brand new one. Totally recommended.

This review is for Myer, Sydney NSW

verified email - 11 Jan 2010

Myer's location is in the middle of the CBD and I think it's the biggest Myer in Sydney. The staffs are usually helpful. One thing lacking from Myer CBD is their placements of cash registers; sometimes it's hard to find it. The products are in high quality and the prices during sales period are crazily cheap. Always spend hundreds of dollar during their sales period.

This review is for Harvey Norman, Moore Park NSW

The customer service is poor, we have to wait quite a long time for the staff to assist us - and sometimes they can't fully explain the product's features. The price of the products mostly are more expensive than other store.

Fantastic customer service - went to the store to have a look at the new IPhone 3Gs, then was explained everything 'bout the phone - from how to turn on the phone to how to turn it off! Walked out from the store and is now a happy owner of this phone. The staffs are helpful and knowledgeable. Love the genius bar as well. The free wireless internet in the store is a bonus.
