Great service, great prices, great products and fantastic delivery staff who go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy.

After reading product reviews, decided to replace my washing machine with an LG front loader 8.5kg. Appliances online provided a competitive price, website was easy to use, could pay with credit card on delivery and a delivery day could be chosen easily. A 2 hour delivery time was advised prior to 10am on the day, they were 1/2 hour late but unpacked and connected new washer and tested it, no delivery charge and took away old washer no charge.

I recently had to replace my washing machine and I searched on line and came across "appliances on line .com.au"
I found the following

1 Price very competitive if not the cheapets.
2 service excellent delivered new appliance within two day set up the new machine and took the old one away
3 No delivery charge and charge to take away the old machine
The machine a Samsung 6.5 kilo performs perfectly

I have bought from Appliances Online for at least 7 years. 2 dryers, washing machine,microwave and 2 months ago a fridge. The service provided is great. You book a day and on that day you get a phone call before 10am to give you a delivery time within 2 hour period. You cannot request AM or PM,which can makes things difficult. The delivery is free to a lot of Australia and they take away the old appliance free of charge. Their prices are very very competitive,usually lower than other stores,and with free delivery it is a great service.
I have used it again and again,it is fabulous.
