After reading product reviews, decided to replace my washing machine with an LG front loader 8.5kg. Appliances online provided a competitive price, website was easy to use, could pay with credit card on delivery and a delivery day could be chosen easily. A 2 hour delivery time was advised prior to 10am on the day, they were 1/2 hour late but unpacked and connected new washer and tested it, no delivery charge and took away old washer no charge.

Contacted Michael after reading reviews and having contacted 3 other companies to replace a ducted heating unit. Two other companies quoted via email and one other visited but only quoted to replace. Michael visited the afternoon I rang! listened to what we said about our experience of the ducted heating system in the past. He recommended a larger unit and higher star energy rating. A quote was provided that night (after he attended a football game!) as he said he would. The quote was slightly higher than others for just replacing our old unit. Decided to replace the entire system, his quote was VERY reasonable and work carried out within 2 weeks. Have been EXTREMELY happy with the new system; more efficient than old system. EXTREMELY happy with customer service and Michael's friendly efficiency.

We had our 40 year old roof rebidded, flexipointed and flashing replaced along one wall.
When James came out to quote, he was prompt,he went up on the roof to inspect the area, came down and said he'd do the quote that night and it would be in the mail and should be received in a few days - and it was. The written quote was completely itemised to our requirements and included taking away all debris. Others wrote the price on the back of a business card and were $1000 dearer!
After accepting the quote, they made a day and time and arrived promptly and finished the main work. The flashing was completed two days later. All his tradespeople were extremely pleasant and professional. We couldn't be happier with the work done and the price.

After many, many years of absolute frustration with hair styles, I found Peter at Biba. When I sat down and told him my story, adding that even though I'm in my early 60's, I was tired of looking like a Fuzzy the Clown grandmother. He understood completely and after 1 1/2 hours of cutting, standing back, cutting, looking again, I walked out going "wow"! and so did my husband. For the first time, I love the style and feel great about myself. The style is so easy to manage - wash and blow dry in 2 minutes. We went away for over 2 months and it kept the style. I used to have to have a cut every 4 weeks. He is such a lovely person too and I enjoy our chats as he is cutting away. I'm sorry I hadn't found him sooner. All the staff there are very friendly.

We had our ducted heating unit and 11 ducts cleaned by Julius recently- a very pleasant, friendly, efficient person - the second time we have had it cleaned by this company in 4 years. He took 2 hours to clean the unit and ducts and sanitise completely. He was very thorough, took his time to ensure the job was completed satisfactorily. Having this done certainly cuts down the dusting! I only dust every couple of weeks now instead of daily! They called beforehand to confirm the appointment and arrived on time.
