Dean responded sooner than expected (over weekend) to my request to Jim's Electrical. Despite a busy lead-in to Christmas the guys have done a substantial amount of work in a short period of time. They have been on time on each visit and Dean, Alan and Rob have worked with me to ensure that works are as required. No hesitation in recommending to others.
