I purchased a Wild Ride Water Slide. Jeanette and Fred were wonderful. As I live on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, we had to shipped to us. Jeanette and Fred were with us every step of the way. From choosing the slide to the installation, which we did ourselves. Any questions we had were answered respectfully and timely. We have had the slide for two years. I am a 56 years old women and enjoy the slide just as much as my three grandchildren. I have some pretty awesome photos of us all using the slide. We have had and will still have many hours of terrific fun from our slide. Thanks heaps guys. I would recommend their product and service to anyone who needs a water slide no matter how big or small. We purchased a Wild Ride slide for our new pool. Jeanette came out to our premises before the pool was constructed to help with the positioning and dimensions of the slide and show us the colour samples. Jeanette was also lovely enough to hold a special price for us even though we did not order our slide for another 3 months! Aqua Action Slides also held our slide in storage for us as we had a delay with the delivery of our paving tiles and then delivered within a days notice which was exceptional. The quality and strength of our slide is very impressive and the appearance and functioning of the slide is awesome. We look forward to many happy slides!!

I had been looking for a pool slide for my grandchildren. My husband installed the slide. Jeanette was always available and very helpful. My grandchildren, their parents and their friends look forward to the summer and even want to use the slide in the cooler months.
