I purchased a Wild Ride Water Slide. Jeanette and Fred were wonderful. As I live on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, we had to shipped to us. Jeanette and Fred were with us every step of the way. From choosing the slide to the installation, which we did ourselves. Any questions we had were answered respectfully and timely. We have had the slide for two years. I am a 56 years old women and enjoy the slide just as much as my three grandchildren. I have some pretty awesome photos of us all using the slide. We have had and will still have many hours of terrific fun from our slide. Thanks heaps guys. I would recommend their product and service to anyone who needs a water slide no matter how big or small.
