I have 2 of the Ida (Kalevit) toilet suites from this business. The parts repeatedly disintegrate and the seats are very difficult and expensive to replace and reinstall. The bolt falls down the back and is unable to be accessed. This business does not reply to your emails and do not seem to answer the phone either. I would never use this business again.
