Was a bit nervous going into my first appointment, but the therapist set me right at ease. The place was really clean, and once I got the hang of it the process was actually quite relaxing. Felt really good after, had more energy and it motivated me to eat healthier. After doing 4 sessions really noticed the difference in regards to my IBS symptoms, less severe and frequent issues. Am doing regular maintenance sessions and that is working really well for me.

A great clinic in a convenient location! I can highly recommend it as the staff are very friendly and professional. I can tell you that it is worth the money as you will feel so good afterwards. Highly recommended!

I'm a colonic junkie highly addicted to all the instant results & benefits flushing all the toxins out of my system has on my body. After a colonic session I walk out with a flat belly, my skin begins to glow & my eyes seem brighter & the whites of my eyes whiter. My sleep always improves after a colonic & I find it a great way to de-stress.
I try to have at least 2 colonics a month usually one day apart as part of a maintenance routine.
Of course I'm straight in for a session if I begin to feel a cold or flu coming on or are feeling a bit sluggish or have had a HUGE weekend of indulgences.
No matter how many colonics I have I still get blown away by the amount of crap (literally) that comes out. Sometimes during a session for 30 seconds or so I feel nauseous & the hairs on my arms stand on end & until something is released, its SO satisfying as you can literally feel the toxins (or that glass of wine) moving out of your body! Its a great feeling!
I have been going to St Kilda Aqua Health for years & years now after trying SO many other clinics around town. Its great there. I have recently started going to the city location as it is just down the road from work & I find it a great to go straight after work to wind down. While I love the St Kilda clinic, the new one is big & spacious & bright & air & has a really good feel about it.
The rooms are super modern/groovy & have been well designed right down to the bamboo on the ceiling (which it a nice touch when you spend a lot of time looking up!). They have Spotify streaming in all the rooms ( no dolphin music!) which suits the design too & makes it feel less boring & clinical & a more fun & enjoyable experience. I recommend both Aqua Health locations as they are both great!

I have been having colonics on & off for years now, at Aqua Health St Kilda. As a creature of habit I was reluctant to try the city clinic even though it was more convient! Wow, what a welcome surprise. It's taking the colonic experience to a whole new level, of cool. It's clean & really modern, with groovy beds & a funky sounds system that makes it more fun & less clinical. Best part is also the familiar friendly faces from the St Kilda clinic also work there!

I have been a regular customer of Aqua health for a few months now. Since my initial colonic I have noticed a significant improvement with my complection, energy levels and my general interest in trying to stay healthy. The procedure is nothing what I expected and the therapists do a FANTASTIC job at making you feel comfortable and answer any questions you have. The clinic is clean and has a very welcoming feeling. Highly recommended!

I can't believe how amazing i felt after my first colonic, the next day my eyes were brighter, my stomach was no longer bloated and i felt so energetic! The therapist was very caring and friendly and made me feel comfortable. I think this helped me alot as i was very nervous. The clinic was not what i expected, it was clean and professional and mostly relaxing. This was not the traumatic experience i expected, im looking forward to my next session.

I immediately felt comfortable and the experience was much better than I had anticipated. Nice clean environment, magazines to distract you!!! The result..... lighter and full of energy!

All my experiences at Aqua Health have been WONDERFUL! A friend suggested I have colonics to help clear up my skin problems, and she recommended Aqua Health to me as the best. I have to agree! Immaculate clinic, warm and experienced staff, great location... I won't go anywhere else. AND my skin now looks amazing - more than one person has commented on how healthy I look :)
