I'm a colonic junkie highly addicted to all the instant results & benefits flushing all the toxins out of my system has on my body. After a colonic session I walk out with a flat belly, my skin begins to glow & my eyes seem brighter & the whites of my eyes whiter. My sleep always improves after a colonic & I find it a great way to de-stress.
I try to have at least 2 colonics a month usually one day apart as part of a maintenance routine.
Of course I'm straight in for a session if I begin to feel a cold or flu coming on or are feeling a bit sluggish or have had a HUGE weekend of indulgences.
No matter how many colonics I have I still get blown away by the amount of crap (literally) that comes out. Sometimes during a session for 30 seconds or so I feel nauseous & the hairs on my arms stand on end & until something is released, its SO satisfying as you can literally feel the toxins (or that glass of wine) moving out of your body! Its a great feeling!
I have been going to St Kilda Aqua Health for years & years now after trying SO many other clinics around town. Its great there. I have recently started going to the city location as it is just down the road from work & I find it a great to go straight after work to wind down. While I love the St Kilda clinic, the new one is big & spacious & bright & air & has a really good feel about it.
The rooms are super modern/groovy & have been well designed right down to the bamboo on the ceiling (which it a nice touch when you spend a lot of time looking up!). They have Spotify streaming in all the rooms ( no dolphin music!) which suits the design too & makes it feel less boring & clinical & a more fun & enjoyable experience. I recommend both Aqua Health locations as they are both great!
