I desperately called around to see if anyone would come out and repair the washing machine and after leaving voicemails for several different companies, Aqua were the only ones to return my call, and the same day.

I spoke with Mark who confirmed he couldn't make it until the morning between 8-9am and with previous experience, I honestly thought that would mean sometime after 11am. He also confirmed pricing upfront which was a nice simple fee structure.

The next morning Mark arrived right between the times he said he would, diagnosed the problem in under ten minutes, and even though he didnt' have the part to repair the washer on the spot, he called around to some suppliers & sourced the part, and came back within 2 hours knowing my urgency. Viola, the machine works like new.
