Very unhappy customer. They never returned half a dozen of my phone calls, to fix a problem. The rainwater tank was not installed properly, and wanted to charge me another $1500 dollars to fix their mistake. I have paid half and they have never returned and its been 4 weeks. Never ever will I recommend Aquaworks to anyone.

Aquaworks installed a 3000 slimline tank for garden use in October last year at a cost of $4,000. (When receiving the quote, I asked about having 2 downpipes connected to the tank, instead of 1, but was told "it will be fine") A friend (approx. 2 km from me) had 2 x 4500 litre tank s installed by another company a few days later. Although my tank is 3000 litres, the gauge reads a maximum of "200" (multiply by what?) After installation it took 3 phone calls and 2 weeks before I was issued with a Compliance Certificate. Heavy rains a few weeks later left my friend with 2 "almost full" tanks. Mine was half full. I phoned Aquaworks. They came out to investigate and I was told the tank should have "heaps of water". When I asked why it didn't I was told I could have another downpipe connected at a cost of $880. I refused and as they were leaving I asked if they realized I was a dissatisfied customer and they said "yes". Why complain now? Over the past weeks we have had rain which has delivered only 250 litres into my tank. My friend's tanks have filled up. I will have to arrange for another downpipe to be connected to the water tank in order to capture reasonable quantities of rainwater. But, I will never use Aquaworks again. The pump is noisy and delivers less water pressure than my garden hose. I feel I have wasted my money. I hope those reading this will get other quotes and, as a result of my experience, will be cautious before signing up with Aquaworks to carry out installation of their water tank. Chrissie
