After reading CHOICE reviews I was looking for a particular split system to purchase. I spent quite a lot of time researching; many vendors did not advertise the system on their websites and many others did not offer installation. After identifying Arctic Air, I contacted Troy for an installation price. Although the cost of the unit was higher than elsewhere, I was extremely satisfied that Arctic Air could also install the unit, even though I am based in the NW suburbs, nowhere near their offices. The installation cost was competitive. I was very impressed by Troy, who installed the unit, as well as the electrical work that was done to fully set it up by Arctic Air's electrician. The whole process was painless and I will be going back to them in the future if I need additional cooling or heating for my home.
