Zero or low rating. I have been trying to call medical centre. First the call is answered after 20 mins and than stuff hangs up even without completing the conversation.

They never pick up the call. Less service minded and more money minded people working there. Absolutely no work ethics considering the business they're in.
Receptionists as well as doctors are rude and unprofessional.

I've been there a few times. The doctors were ok. Receptionist were ok most times but on one occasion was extremely rude. Ignored the fact I was standing at the counter and did not look up. When she eventually did, she told me they were closed - when it was actually an hour till closing time and the waiting room were full of people. Both receptionists I came across that day were unexpectedly rude. Not willing to go back, especially considering there are now 2 new medical centres inside Westfield. Hopefully with more professional staff! Staff plays such an important role- not just the doctors!
Having said that, they are a big medical practice with many doctors. If you don't have a specific doctor to see, they can usually fit you in about an hour. Next door to a pharmacy, dentist and pathology. Good range of services provided.

Alright medical centre that bulk bills, the real advantage about this place is that it is right at parramatta westfield/station. There is a slight wait, but for a medical centre in the heart of parra, that is unavoidable. It is clean and friendly but they really are about patient turnover

This medical center is also near to westmead suburb... its a good and big medical center including pharmacy..its provides great services for women s health...Gps are very friendly and informative about patients health..its a great medical center......i liked it..

the price is ok. the medication is only for a small range. it is close to the medical centre. so you can buy the medication after seeing the doctor.

The medical center is only worth going to if you are one of the people waiting for it to open up in the morning. The first time I went, that's what I did. The female doctor was efficient, but coming up to the counter to book my next appointment, it was chaos, as the waiting room suddenly was full. There were a few crying babies, and they would do well to have some sort of "quiet room" as it is a large centre. I went there a second time when it was later, and I had to wait for any doctor for 30 minutes.

I Went to this place for years as i used to live in Parramatta. Except for 2 ocassions my experiences have been very negative. Ive waited 1hr and 10 mins once only to have them mess up the order of waiting patients and i had to wait another 20 mins. ( I understand somtimes there is an emergency and some people have o go before you, but this was not the case. I had a dr write me out a medical certificate sign it then rip it up because i commented that i would not like to see him ever again and wanted that written on my file. So i aited 30 mins that day without leaving with the certificate i needed. Another time i had a pregnancy unltra sound and when i went back to pick it up my name was spelt wrong on it. Apart from 2 drs ive seen there since 99, they have been unattentive, not thorogh and not helpful or professional. On a number of times the administration team can often be heard on the other side of the waiting area where i usually sit. gossiping always about other people in a racistg manner. I always leave feeloing as though my health has been compromised. Once i saw a dr Papimichosis when i was pregnant he was very good, And Dr Reynard Ng he was Excellent.

the doctors are very nice and friendly, a moderate waiting time, as it is quite a big medical center. conveniently located next to westfield, it is easy to get to.
