My hubby and I go here from time to time, and every time we find that the service is prompt and gracious, and the food always tasty (and of big servings) and sometimes we have no room for dessert! I haven't tried going here with a big group, though.

This is my number one stop for an affordable and healthy lunch - a pretzel and a coffee/drink. I like seeing how hygienic their workspace is and how they prepare the food. They even have a small seating area dedicated for their customers - so you don't have to look for a seat at the level 5 food court.

We decided to replace the Hills hoist rotary clothesline in our tiny backyard into the sleek two post system. The clothesline is concealed in a cross bar and really opens up the space when not in use. I found them on the internet, and gave them a call. They were ready on the date I chose, and the installer was pleasant and quick. He taught me how to operate the line, and answered all my questions. He even took the rubbish from the packaging away. I opted for an additional $25 for them to take the old clothesline away.

I was looking to start a water coloring hobby and I happened to chance upon Riot Art and Craft, the shop is large and easy to get around. I was helped by an enthusiastic staff member and he recommended a pack that was on sale - I bought it and have been trying out the tube watercolors with success :)

I had to change Aussie dollars to Philippine pesos before a long trip, and they were the only ones with a large amount to exchange, plus a good rate. The wait was long, but the service was efficient and fast. Will definitely use them again in the future!

I had the battery of my silver watch replaced here, and it took an hour long to do (they made me come back) and it cost more than usual.

The business was prompt to come out and give us a quote for bird spikes for the roof of the townhouse, along the dormer window eaves. Pigeons were hanging out there. They did a good job putting up the spikes and also took their shoes off when stepping on the carpet.

We moved into our new home November 2008 - Trojan came to deploy the pest control measures into the vents and roof space. Since then we have had no problems with pests, only a stray cockroach once in a while. If there is a critter, we find it dead or twitching in the morning on the floor. We're due to call on Trojan again soon as it's been two years +

After a break in at our neighbors' we decided to call in a security consultant to reactivate the house alarm system - which we've never used (but was provided by previous owner). The work was done without fuss and speedily, too. He also gave me a tutorial how to set and disarm the alarm. I also got him to check the two phone lines on the other rooms, and he was able to fix them up for me. Good service.

I found the contact in the Parramatta Advertiser, and when I contacted them, they were able to come straight away. They installed a double power point in the basement and gave me a quote for a future provision of another power point in the storage room. They also interchanged/flipped a switch (swapped the switch to the light closer to it) for me for free.
