What has happened to Arkaba Medical Village (AMV) of late?

Postive - new foyer fit out

Negative - OMG, My wife has an issue that needs resolving urgently from her GP but once again can't see that GP for almost a month.

Office staff suggested to my wife today, that's how it is and are happy to transfer records and go elsewhere.

When my wife asked for the managers full name to register her concerns, receptionist would only divulge her first name although their website has managers full name.

Wonder if this "word of mouth" is incorporated when submitting for an award!

Shame!

Dishonest uninformative expensive

Excellent doctors, great nurses and fantastic receptionists. I've been attending here for over 10 years and the service has never faltered. The doctors actually care and have squeezed us and our children in when ever they can. The only criticism is the occasional waiting time but I'm happy to wait given I feel cared and listened for when I'm seen. I've been to other doctors and Arkaba is way above and beyond.

A great medical centre where doctors make you feel important and cared for. They give patients the time and attention they deserve. The waiting is not awful unlike in other clinics, and the staff are very polite and accommodating.

Have taken my child 5 years on many occasions when she was sick or ill. The staff and doctors are always politely helpful and friendly. Waiting isnt too bad compared to some other clinics. Always clean. Staff always helpful and accommodating.

I have been attending this medical centre for a number of years and seen a lot of the doctors here. They are thorough and practice the old style family health type care. They have been great with my kids and always squeeze them in even if the clinic has no appointments left. The reception staff and friendly and warm. I can't recommend them highly enough.

A wonderful practice. The admin staff are friendly and efficient, both in person and on the phone. The doctors are professional and caring - taking the necessary time with patients but also being aware of keeping other patients waiting. They are considerate of people who, for whatever reasons, require assessment/ assistance with billing and fees.

this medical centre has caring doctors who will spend the time needed with patients without running hours behind and banking up others. they have attention to detail which i feel is important
