Wonderful customer service from Arrive on Time. First contact with customer service very efficient and polite and serviceman arrived promptly in a couple of hours as estimated.
Felix was my service person and was very polite, pleasant and efficient. Unfortunately my washing machine needed a new operating panel which wasn't readily available. Felix got back to me the following day with a price, but after discussing the pros and cons with Felix who was very informative, I decided not to progress and have bought a new machine.
Would highly recommend Arrive on Time and Felix especially and will certainly contact if and when the need arises in the future.

Such an efficient service. A call back within minutes and then my appointment booked for the next day. I had an inconvenient appointment booked for the following week with my washing machine brand service centre, which I cancelled. Felix was excellent. Knowledgeable, honest, efficient. I will be keeping the fridge magnet handy!

Total palaver - we ended up being without a washing machine for six weeks as first they ordered the wrong part, then couldn't fit the correct part in our laundry, took the machine away, refused to work on it over Christmas/New Year and left us without a machine for six weeks all up. We must have spent over $100 at the laundromat!

Our dishwasher was no longer filling with water so we called Arrive on Time on a Thursday, they made an appointment for Friday between 1 and 3. The technician arrived by 2.30 pm and set to fixing our machine. We thought we'd probably have to buy a new one so were delighted when the very helpful and pleasant chap told us that it was the water valve that needed replacing, he also discovered there was some exposed wiring which he fixed too. We had been having some trouble with one of the circuits dropping out frequently. The service was efficient, on time and reasonable. All in all an excellent experience and one we will repeat should any other appliance need repair. I used WOMO to choose a repair business.

My dishwasher needed fixing, so I googled "dishlex repairs" and Arrive on Time was first in the list of results. When I rang, the booking service was extremely clear and friendly, and the service provided on the day was fantastic!

Noel rang me first thing in the morning to confirm that I was on his list for the day, and rang ahead 30 minutes before arriving. He arrived on time, diagnosed and repaired the problem immediately, and explained the issue to me very clearly (and was lovely!).

I had a dishwasher which wouldn't run through the cycle. The lady on the switchboard was very thorough with her questions and I managed to get Darren to come out the following day and fixed it up quickly with much explanations of the problem and recommendations or how to avoid it in the future. A very professional service who won't let you down.

Needed washing machine to be repaired. Was impressed by the service of Arrive on Time, mobile service. On booking the appointment, an email is sent to me confirming the appointment, and on the day of the appointment a call is made to me to confirm the time slot that repairer would arrive. The repairer arrived closed to the time slot. was courteous and professional and fixed the probelm wihtin 15 min. The price was within the quote provided.

Serviceman turned up quickly and on time to fix my leaking washing machine. Established it was a leaky door seal and charged me for the service call. Had to call them a week later to find out where the replacement part was, but they resolved this issue immediately, and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Customer-service is very important to them.
