Felix is great, he is polite, prompt and knowledgeable. Three stars is for the call out fee, I feel that $139.00 is a bit steep, especially when your appliance is not worth repairing.

I felt unwell after eating here. Meatballs not very good at all, more filler than meat and the flavours seem off. Nothing quite works. Music is way too loud! No chance of having a conversation with my dining partner. Bad choice of restaurants.

Treated very rudely here today. I couldn't believe what happened. I went for a colour only, no blow dry but a dry off. After the colour one girl blew a dryer over my hair leaving it wet and a right mess, she said thanks and went and got the colourist. When the colourist got there I asked her to dry my hair as I was going into town, it seemed to be a major problem but she did it, except it was so messy it was horrible. I tried to fix it but needed a brush, she stood there looking at me like I was mad. I just kept asking for her to brush it but she just said "it's a dry off". So I asked for the brush but she snatched it away, refusing to let me brush my own hair!!! Again repeating that it was only a dry off. Truly I haven't been treated this rudely for a long time AND I PAID $ 95! I'll never go back. These girls are bored and don't care, I left so upset.

Today was the second time I've been to Goddess of Nails for Shellac. First time was months ago and I got pretty average shellac nails out of it. First the grumpy lady finished my nails and they were all lumpy, I complained and she put an extra coat on making my nails look like they were bubbles on the end of my fingers. I left swearing not to go back.
Today I went back thinking surely things would have improved, different lady, same grumpiness, (I know it would have to be a boring job so I'd be sympathetic to her if she did a good job), but again really bad shellac, again they didn't allow enough time under the UV light, again not dry and streaky. Again extra coats and again BUBBLE FINGERS! looks kinda crappy and I now have them for two weeks! On top of that they have started the varnish 2mm away from my cuticle, it already looks like I have 1-2 weeks growth.
Pretty unimpressed - NOW I definitely won't be back.

Really poor customer service. Made a time, the "boss" sent the technicians to another job without calling to advise me of the change. Lost a days work waiting for air conditioning repairers. I found this company to be disrespectful.

Pretty disappointed with everything really. Pizza burnt on the bottom and undercooked on the top, beer was flat, service was really slow and rude. Wayyyyyyy too expensive. Never going back.

Trekked out from the city to eat good Polish food and wasn't disappointed! Home style polish food made with love and tastes fab. Ate pyzy and zrazy, both generous and yummy, the Pyzy was so light, sauerkraut soooooooo good! I'll definitely be going back to sample more from this little restaurant.

I have to share how wonderful the nurses are at the Royal Women's Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care are. Not one is without compassion, and they're intellect and dedication is second to none. In the end my experience is that it's the nurses that matter here, the doctors do their job, but the nurses really mattered to me, making my experience here a lot less traumatic.

Overlooked Duck, difficult to eat, partners curry lacking flavour and made too hot (spicy) to make up for it. Another over hyped Melbourne restaurant. Too pricey for what you get.

Pretty disappointed with Elk's customer service. Went to exchange a gift today, but they flat out refused to exchange, or even let the smaller amount for the item I had count towards something I would wear. Staff was condescending and dismissive.
