Beautiful serene yoga centre offering expert guidance and teaching. Class sizes are perfect, just enough to still get individual attention from the instructors. Very friendly and welcoming.

I love this place. The generally don't do led yoga classes, instead teach you a sequence and let you go for it. I find this means you have to learn and think about postures more and I get a lot more out of the style. The instructors are fantastic and always able to spend lots of time with you. I started off with the beginner's course, which was a good way to go, and after that, can go to any of the time slots, though Sat mornings are still quite beginner focussed.
The instructors are really encouraging.
