I recently ran into some serious problems with my PC which was overdue for a makeover. After speaking to a business friend I rang Aspire and asked them to come to see me so that I could asses the damage and consider what options were available to me (one of the problems I had was a failed system drive containing very important information).
Chaim arrived and had a look - his diagnosis software confirmed the problem as well as picking up issues with my old power supply. My main concern was could my data be recovered and then to get the machine back up and running and how soon could that be done - the next day I was given a good run down on the state of the machine and a detail on what was recommended to bring it up to scratch - I also asked about upgrading RAM as my old machine had been struggling to keep with my work load, as well there were a few problems that I was aware of that needed attention, fortunately they picked up on those things and after a talk we worked out what was going to be the best solution for my case and Chaim set to work on the hardware to bring it up to date and into good running order - the thing I liked was the fact that I received several calls to let me know how things were progressing - in the meantime more than a TB of my data was being retrieved and was in the process of being transferred onto a new larger drive along with an OS upgrade. Wheh the machine came back it was a surprise to see that a number of my programs had also been retrieved and were operating so there was no need to do all of those re-installs - I now have a computer that is working exceptionally well with a number of recommended programs running to keep it in good health, backups are in place and operating smoothly and I am now confident that I can go on with those things I do with confidence.
Overall I received good attention to my problems as well as excellent advice and recommendations as to how to avoid future situations due to the adverse environment that I work in. All-in all I received what I consider to be above average service, recommendations and results in a very efficient time-frame so that I was able to progress from a serious disaster to be back up and running more efficiently than previously. I felt I made the right choices and came out of a real disaster with a much better outcome than I had anticipated. It was a good feeling to deal with someone who was very knowledgeable and who understood my needs and worked to achieve a more productive and more efficient system.
I have no hesitation in recommending Aspire as my experience with them has been one of taking me from a real disaster to much improved circumstance in a very short space of time - excellent all round.
Just had the most amazing hour with Chiam via a tool called TeamViewer where we were able to talk via the phone and watched him do a number of settings, install some new software and download some new drivers - it was great to watch and was really helpful for learning this newer operating system - great if you want to watch your tech at work
