Installed damaged air con ignoring Mitsubishi's intruction "DO NOT install damaged air conditioner components. Contact MHI to arrange replacement or replacement parts". Refused to come back to fix their mistake without charge. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE!!!
