For the most part, this store has been good. Most staff are polite and helpful. Today I called to see if some secondhand books had sold so that I didn't waste everybody's time going there if they hadn't and the person I spoke to spent 1m 2s telling me how busy she was and they don't do that over the phone. Now I understand that they get busy, however, in the time it took her to tell me she was too busy, she could have checked.

the staff were extremely helpful. I was kept up to date with back orders and in fact they went out of their way to find a book my son needed that wasn't a line they stocked

We ordered my son's text books from this shop, when the local newsagents couldn't get them in. One book went on back order, as it was waiting to be printed and they kept up informed on its progress. Great place to get those hard to find text books for kids school book lists.
