The service is so personal which makes you feel very comfortable. Plus it is extremely well priced for the quality of service you receive. My 8 year old son and I have had our hair cut at ATS from the time his hair was long enough to be cut. We used to live local to the salon but now live in Ballarat and travel the 1.5 hours to continue to get our hair cut there because the staff understand customer service, and relationship, and how we like our hair cut. We are welcomed with smiles and the offer of a drink while we wait - often not long, and our cuts are always a work of art by skillful professionals. The staff make us feel special. The staff are clearly happy working there which reflects in the quality of their service.

Probably the most affordable hairdresser in Melbourne who do full service cuts not just trims (so thinning and layers included) for around $35 and they always do a great job, whoever is on at the time and cuts my hair!
