We shop at Aus Star Meats regularly every Saturday. The cuts are terrific, and the service is second to none :) To get all this value right where you buy your cut-price green groceries is such a convenience.

Standard butcher at the currently sub standard Brickworks.
But if you're in the vicinity, they have a decent stock of Halal produce.
Must say that the el cheapo sausages that I got from here weren't all that flash. Fully of fatty goodness and tasted like old rubber tyres fried with lard and seasoned with stale bread crumbs.

Maybe next time I'll try to mac out a bit and not be so skimp.
