Getting our NBN installed after we move to the new home. Run some comparisons of speed within our area and Aussie Broadband was the best. Waiting 2 weeks for the specialist's appointment to do the cabling. Router was shipped by the post prior the installation. Since the very beginning of the service, there were no issues at all. Very happy with our choice. There was no development fee despite it was the first time NBN was installed in the apartment, we just paid for the router and shipping fee.

After a terrible NBN experience with a previous ISP we switched to Aussie Broadband. Great sales staff, cutover only took 1 hour, we are getting the speeds promised and no dropouts. Support staff are located in Australia. Very, very happy. On FTTP unlimited 50Mbps plan. Get close to that speed at peak times. No evening slowdown.

I was with another business for NBN access for a few months and they are generally excellent. However I found that Aussie Broadband has plans which are much better suited to my fairly low internet and VoIP usage (and their website isn't covered in stupid cartoons) so I signed up with them around 4PM one afternoon. Just after 8AM the next morning they finalised my transfer to the NBN. Now that is *fast*,

I've needed to talk to them about a few minor issues. All their support people are in Australia and they answer phones calls almost instantly. Brendan in Sales and Bryce in Technical Support have been patient and terrific. I'm very happy that I churned over to this company.
