Found the service, staff, friendliness, pricing and range about average for cafes and especially hospital cafes. Good for a bite or coffee while at the hospital but nothing more. I found it all ok.

This cafe is located within Austin Hospital (and Mercy Hospital Women next door) on Level 1 in the retail shopping area.

It's a modern, clean café with lots of seating available and it's so good to have this place to get food and drinks whilst at either hospitals.

They serve a wide range of pre-made cooked meals, snack foods, sandwiches, breakfasts, hot and cold drinks. The food quality is very good and fresh.

I have visited this café many occasions when visiting a family member who was hospitalized recently at the Austin to get a quick meal or drink.

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They are also willing to cook something fresh for you if you ask them.

Going to hospitals is not much fun, but its good when there is a good café for visitors and patients to go to and have a break.
