Initially I went to them for repair of a steam cleaner that I bought from someone else who no longer provided repair service & they managed to repair my machine. When it was no longer viable to repair the machine, I bought another one from them which I've been using for a few years and serviced a few times.Their charges are reasonable & they provide good after-sales service.
