I could rate them zero if I could. Called them, 145 just to show up and found also an extra $45 transaction on my bank account!

The "mechanic" said the battery was the issue and got it replaced just to be told that it was actually actually an oil leakage and they'll contact a towing company that would have changed $300.

I asked on their WhatsApp about the extra $45 that I never allowed and got ignored all along!

The mechanic disabled the alarm, immobilizer and central locking to replace a battery. Charged $190 for weekend call out and $495 for battery. The mechanic could not reconnect the items he disabled and left the car unable to be locked or protected. The mechanic refused to provide receipts. I tried contacting the company over ten times and they would not answer. A friend made contact and the issue was relayed but the owner has done nothing to reimburse damage. Reported to ACCC so far.

I rang to arrange a pre-purchase inspection. They did it same day. Report was helpful, included photos. And the mechanic rang me and discussed the issues in his report. This was better than I'd expected.

worst customer service, they charged and then left me without fixing the problem. I do not have the pin slip and I need to get the car to another mechanic. If they cannot fix it why they claim to be mechanics?

Knows NOTHING about cars to the degree of referring to the windscreen washer tank as coolant , the pully as the timing belt , tow bar as the chassis etc.can’t make stuff like that up .
And then neglects finding what actually is wrong with the car .
Once confronted delete report and never answers or replies to face his actions.
Had to go through bank to get refund.

Great follow up customer after car preinspection

Should be an option for 0 star rating, charged me $245 when he said I only needed to pay $100 deposit for a pre purchase of used car inspection and that fell through, called for a refund and he refused to do so. CHARGED $245 for literally nothing

I WOULD NOT recommend this company AT ALL!!
They told me they would ring me back that afternoon to give me the exact time of arrival... they NEVER called me back and took $90 out of my account and then ignored my phone calls! They are scammers... I hope I can save other people from this dishonest company!! I would have given a no star rating but it wouldn't let me so they have 1 star and they do not deserve even that!

They try to take your money as much as they can.
I just requested jump start for flat battery but mechanic tried to charge $800 for some reason at first. Off course I refused. After that he asked me how much I could pay by cash and he offered me $300. (I already paid $40 by card for “deposit” before he came) I didn’t have time so I accepted. I paid $340 for just flat battery.
AND they never give me receipt.
