Yes they have good prices, yes they have a good range, yes SOME staff know a couple of things about computers. The receptionist at Osborne Park is particually lazy inexpirienced and extremely annoying. The receptionist at Joondalup is horrendous I have never had any one want to get rid of me as quickly nor have I ever had trouble under standing anyone becuase they were talking too fast. Don't call! - Its a waste of 20Cents.

I recently enquired in January about an LCD monitor and was informed that they were out of stock. I rang again the next day and got the same reply from the receptionist. When I asked to speak with the purchasing officer he checked and found some stock which he was able to supply to me at the special price from their Xmas sale.
