Undergoing redecorating, I've noticed less music related clothing lately, but they still have a good range of music to buy in a range of formats. I usually got here to get concert tickets.
A wide selection of maps in a variety of sizes, scales and themes. Also stocks navigational tools like GPS and compasses. Their maps range from reference topographic maps of country regions in Australia for camping, 4wd etc, to thematic and historic maps of continents or the world, which are a great decoration and educational tool.
These guys know their meat. Good cuts, prime quality, and wise use of herbs in their sausages. Costs a bit, but well it's definately well worth it, you won't be disappointed.
Best quality fish and chips I've had. Has a variety of options for the health conscious (grill instead of batter), and salads. Special deals every day of the week.
Open alot later than any other bookstore, it's a great place to get the next book in a series when you finished the last one and can't wait until tomorow to see what happens next.
Largest selection of models and remote control things I've seen locally. RC cars, choppers, boats. Rocket kits, slotcars, and all the scenery and model trains to make your own little city.
Conveniently located for UWA students, it's within walking distance of the uni. Has all you need to keep your pets fed, clean, and entertained. Has fish and birds for sale.
Great selection of south-east Asian food. Their mee-goreng noodles are cheap expand to double the size of the tub you get them in as takeaway. Beef Rendang and suntan boneless chicken have excellent sauce and quality meat.

Nice large store with variety of products. Bags, clothes, boots, knives, navigational aids and more. Some good specials from time to time, got some jeans nice and cheap a while ago.
Veba's is the best fish store in Perth. They have a large display section with a variety of fish for all sizes of tanks and ponds. The staff are certified 'fish geeks' who can answer any question about the habitat and temperament of a species of fish. Prices are competitive, and they offer trade ins for your fish too.
