Excellent service, very good communication

Zero stars- Terrible- they didn’t bother coming or returning my phone calls. ! I had a cleaner lined up for bond cleaning service (I was moving into a place that needed a thorough clean). The cleaner cancelled 30 minutes before she was due to arrive. I left 3 messages with Austral Cleaning (Johnson) and he didn’t even bother to call me back. I ended up desperately calling around and found another cleaner for the same day. Do yourself a favor and skip this company!

We booked their end-of-lease cleaning service two weeks prior the date. They didn't come. They didn't call to warn. We spent 3 hours to call them to know what's up. Finally, they just said that nobody going to come. Sorry. The worst service ever.

Sadly we cannot recommend these cleaners or this company. Their sub contractors were late, argued loudly with each other, charged us double the quoted price and then our agents had complaints about the state of the blinds which we had to pay extra to be cleaned. The magnet to open the child locked cupboards went missing and my emails have been ignored. Considering they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, we are very unhappy indeed.

This company should not still be in business, let alone making false guarantees they will not honour.
An hour before the scheduled clean, I received a text from the Cleaner advising that she couldn't make it and asked to attend the next day. I advised her this was not possible, as I needed to hand the keys back the next day.
I contacted [removed name] at Austral after receiving no response to my emails and was beyond unprofessional and rude. After advising I want to complain, I was advised several times that I can complain, but it won't get me anywhere. He then proceeded to ask what I am doing to fix the problem to which I responded it wasn't my problem to fix. He spoke to me as though I was stupid and I ended up terminating the call, as I was in tears.
Do not use this company, as all the negative reviews are more than accurate.

Terrible service. Cancelled 9 minute before the bond clean was meant to occur, via text. Asked if able to reschedule to another day or if we were flexible which we are not as we had booked it to specifically fit our move out schedule. Would not recommend

I have had the worst experience with this company and would never recommend them to anyone. Hired them for an end of lease clean for a tiny apartment, was charged nearly $400 for them to leave surfaces, balcony and toilets dirty. Upon contacting them to come back and complete the clean (a service they promise on their website), I was completely ignored via email, and the customer service on the phone was dismissive. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Cleaners were 3 hours late. I was originally quoted $400 then the cleaner wanted $720.
Cleaner was very rude and argumentative. I had to ask her to leave the property. I would never recommend this company.
