Would not recommend this company, my car was scratched due to careless
clearing of pruned debris. Then received a slow, next to nothing response from the complaints team (Sunette specifically).

I called Austral because I needed some trees removed, very slow getting back to me, wouldn't come out and do a quote, instead asked me to send them photo's. About a week later i received a phonecall with a ball park quote of $3500 for one tree, did they look at the photo's properly. I received a quote for this tree from two other people and their quotes were $750 and $350. Such a difference, I thought maybe they just didn't want to come out this far. Why even waste my time.

Provided great service and were very quick and efficient at removing a large tree from our backyard.
