I would never again be a brand advocate for Australia Post.
I tried sending a parcel to my relative overseas, and today I find that it hasn't even left the country yet. To add insult to injury, they had someone calling me, asking for my relatives number. I am sure that it's not required, as I have been sending parcels to the same destination for over 40 years! Shame on you, Australia Post, please also send all your staff to Specsavers for a mandatory eye check, as the in-store staff tried sending my parcel to zone 6 instead of zone 8! Worst customer service ever.

Had to get documents posted interstate and overseas. Very helpful customer service and got it over without much fuss.

Staff member Mike is one of the friendliest service people I have come across, but staff member Gem is often unpleasant and can come across as rude. The store is always well presented, lines are never too long and it's great when I get Mike!
