I can't really recommend this business because Angela refused to take my booking. I know that they have availability for the dates that I requested, but Angela's emails were terse and not friendly. Bad customer service from someone in the accommodation business.

I would never again be a brand advocate for Australia Post.
I tried sending a parcel to my relative overseas, and today I find that it hasn't even left the country yet. To add insult to injury, they had someone calling me, asking for my relatives number. I am sure that it's not required, as I have been sending parcels to the same destination for over 40 years! Shame on you, Australia Post, please also send all your staff to Specsavers for a mandatory eye check, as the in-store staff tried sending my parcel to zone 6 instead of zone 8! Worst customer service ever.
