Australia Post FTG used to have a really nice and helpful couple who gave wonderful customer service. Things changed for the worst when new people took over. I now find the staff rude and it happens every time I go in there. I prefer to go to the PO at Upper Gully, they are heaps better to deal with.

I go out of my way to go to this post office the couple are really friendl and up to date with all products nothing seems to much for them and with the easy parking and nice staff it just makes chores so much easier.

While I haven't had any unique post office experiences here, out of the many post offices I transact with, I've found that the Ferntree Gully PO staff have been pleasant and helpful each time that I have visited. I've also found them to be efficient and they serve people quickly

They were very helpful when I had an awkward parcel to post and helped me choose the best packaging keeping cost down to a minimum. Keeping weight of parcels I send to the States down to minimum cost. They have helped me save heaps on postage!
