I've been doing surveys on this site for several years. They used to be worthwhile with regular surveys and payments but not anymore. I never qualify for surveys anymore. As soon as I click on the survey it says that they have reached the required number of respondents. I don't think this site is worth bothering with anymore.

Rewards Central no longer credits interest from ebank. It seems there isn't any ways to earn points and no one responds to queries. I don't know why the site is still open but I think it's time to delete my a/c. I don't have many points so I won't bother with the class action.

I wouldn't recommend this site. They used to be a good site but they have gone down hill. Surveys are rare and most of the time you end you getting screened. I've just spent several hours doing their media survey and was screened when I hit submit. I'm not going to bother trying to lodge an appeal and I certainly won't attempt the media survey on this site again!

Mark used to work at this store and he has taken over the business. I found him to be refreshingly helpful and knowledgeable in a non pushy way. I appreciated the samples he gave me because wasting products that don't suit or work out is frustrating. The fresh meats and treats are made on the premises so you know what you are getting without the unnecessary fillers and additives. There is an Australian made brand/ingredients of food stocked (meals for mutts) which seems to be a big step up in quality and nutrition compared to other ranges on the market.

Barbara was our celebrant. We couldn't have asked for a more professional and lovely person. We interviewed several celebrants and she was the best by far. On the day I was a bundle of nerves and she was very calming. She really made our wedding ceremony very special. I've recommended her to others and the feedback always comes back very positive

Happy to have found this business after going around in circles with the mass bedding mobs, not knowing who to trust and not wanting to be ripped off by believing the technologies (the machine that measures your body for mattress suitability) that seems dubious and then paying 5 or 6 k for a mattress. Owners take the time to make sure you are matched up with the right bed (we went way and came back another day). Quality and value for money along with honest advice is what drew us back to purchase. A week on the new mattress and the difference in the quality of our sleep and the comfort in our bodies upon waking is very noticeable. The mattress is a lot cooler than the old one for all you hot sleepers. We rang for advice on another bedding matter and it's good to be able to deal with the same people who sold us the bed. So gold stars all round, however, owner needs watch coming across as a little terse on the phone.

Australia Post FTG used to have a really nice and helpful couple who gave wonderful customer service. Things changed for the worst when new people took over. I now find the staff rude and it happens every time I go in there. I prefer to go to the PO at Upper Gully, they are heaps better to deal with.

I've been buying beauty supplies from Salon Quip for many years now dating back to when they used to be in Hawthorn. They have an excellent range of stock and I've always found their customer service to be helpful and efficient. I find their prices to be comparable with other salon suppliers. Maybe some of their products can be found cheaper elsewhere but for me the extra time, effort and travel/freight costs would negate any savings particularly when running a small business. Their prices won't compare cheap imports from Asian countries but sometimes going for quality, reliability and safety is preferable.

I've been a satisfied Tyrepower customer for at least 10 years but recently changed branch to Scoresby for convenience. The manager Ross looked after me really well and I was very impressed with how accommodating he was when I messed up my appointment time and arrived a couple of hours early. I'm very happy with my new tyres and the price was more competitive than other tyre retailers in the Knox area. After sales service with tyre checks and reminder service is included with the tyre purchase.

After some highly unsatisfactory experiences with my last two dentists, it was several years before I plucked up the courage to try and trust another dentist. (I don't recommend delaying going to the dentist). After doing extensive research I decided what I really wanted was a dentist who was highly competent with restoration work with a calming manner. Dr Jones practices Biomimetic dentistry - quoted from Dr Jones website: "a cutting-edge technique which preserves your natural teeth for the long-term and which is minimally invasive". I cannot recommend Dr Jones highly enough. I went in for the first time terrified about a year ago and I was due for quite a bit of work. I couldn't be happier with the results. The results of Dr Jones work has resulted in my teeth looking significantly better and feeling stronger and now I feel confident to eat and enjoy my food. Dr Jones is the magician of teeth and it's a pleasure to look in the mirror and see quality of his work. All the staff including reception and the hygienists are also highly competent (also best I've been to) and are lovely to deal with. No doubt there are cheaper dentists around but you get what you pay for and I won't be going elsewhere.
