Outrageous.
Let me say the staff who normally work here are terrific but today I dealt with a man with a beergut I’d never seen there before who told me it would cost $9.70 to send a small item that weighed only 33 grams – 33 grams! - by non-express post then had the nerve to argue with me when I said the price was outrageous – which anyone would agree with. A normal person would have said ‘yes I agree but what can you do?’ at least but this clod just dug his heels in and kept saying ‘no it’s is NOT outrageous – it’s a parcel; I’m not here to argue. It’s absolutely fair’.
With insane prices and people struggling to put food on the table I was floored by this corruption denier’s bad attitude.
All anyone needs to do is to visit Google and look at a few reviews for Australia Post to see that everyone is disgruntled with their escalating prices for deteriorating service – I’m not alone!
Really bad service and I hope to never deal with this individual again. As I said the staff here are normally great.

Very friendly staff, in this family run business. I ordered so many parcels at one stage, they called me by name when I walk in the shop. Always happy to help you select the cheapest postage for your needs.Not sure how long they have been running it but they were there when we moved into the area in 2006.
Being open from 9 to 12 on a Saturday, is very convenient.

They open at about 6 AM weekdays and are also open on saturdays!!! This is so convenient as I can pay bills and also send off registered post, etc on the way to work. The folks there are very friendly and we have had some fun conversations. They are very helpful and have helped me sort out some packages to the US and some ID checks that were complicated.

This is my local post office and it is very easy to use and convenient. The store is family fun and the staff are friendly and recognise people by name. They also provide great advice.
