This review is for Citi Zen Chinese Restaurant, Adelaide SA

I've eaten at Citi Zen a few times and have had a mixed experience. The first time, we really enjoyed it and found the service superb - very friendly and efficient. There was once when an order was mixed up and we were given a similar but worng dish. The wine on that occasion too was not right. Food quality twice have been average. It can be busy and it is good if you make advance reservations. Allow an extra 10 minutes to find parking as the CBD can be quite packed with cars.
They have a variety of seating arrangements to cater to couples or large groups.
The price of the food is not cheap, but is worth it on the days the food tastes good.

I was pleasantly surprised to see them at Westfield Marion - a much smaller place than their Glenelg Outlet. The menu seemed smaller and sometimes they do not have all the items. Their belgian Waffles are usually yummy. Hot Chocolate is nice. Some of the other drinks are a bit of hit or miss. Service is good, but sometimes wait times can be a lot.

Very positive experience. I got an XTrail for 2 days for 84 AUD! I was picked up promptly at the airport and dropped off too. So worked out very economic! Also chose to add a car seat which was good.
People were friendly and the car gave me no problems. I did not choose to reduce the escess as I had travel insurance.
When I was trying to get quotes from their website for various options, I got a phonecall from their for every quote I tried - this was a little annoying and I hope they have a way to crosscheck that the same person may be trying out various options before finalising a quote.

I had dinner on a thursday evening with friends from work.Glad we booked a table as the place was crowded.
Pros:
- Excellent food - obviously has stood the test of time and has very regular clients. We ordered some pasta and pizza and the dishes were delicious and well presented.
- Quick service
- Generous serving size. The cost difference between the entree and main dishes was about 2$. If you aren't really hungry, the main dishes could serve two.

Cons:
- Crowded. very little space between tables.
- Noisy: With so many people in there, the restaurant ws quite noisy and it was difficult to converse with anyone except the person next to you or sitting opposite you.
- Hurried? There were times when the waiter seemed to be in a hurry for us to finish our meal. He was very friendly and efficient, but almost took my plate away before I had -completed!

This review is for Sealink Kangaroo Island Ferries, Adelaide SA

We used shopadockets and the Entertainment Book Vouchers to get cheaper rates - we were a group of 11 in 3 cars. The undiscounted rates can be quite high. But it does save on airfare and renting a car at KI.
Booking over the phone was easy. Their online booking also looks easy - we had to book online in view of using vouchers. For the return trip we wanted to change to a later ferry and this was done quickly over the phone.
Loading and unloading the cars was easy, even though the return journey had quite a lot of cars and there was also a big truck. The guides were very efficient! We found that one of the cars had moved a bit in the rough seas and for some reason my boot opened!
The trip to KI was quite rough, but can't blame Sealink for it. The return trip was smooth and really nice. My two-year old enjoyed running up and down the aisle and the visit to the top of the boat.
There's a reasonable amount of food available onboard. Seats are quite comfy - the seats in front with a nice view fill up fast! Toilets were usable. And yes... there were plenty of sickness bags available!
The Sealink Website also had some great deals on stay plus travel.

This review is for Koorong, Adelaide SA

Koorong is such a great place to browse around. It's got a great variety of books, gifts and music. I love the way their store looks and feel their layout makes browsing very easy. I've bought plenty of stuff from them so far. Some gifts may seem overpriced though. Always look out for their 20% off sales.
They also have an online store which is good. There is a dedicated parking lot for their store which is a big bonus for a store in the city.
You can sit in the lounge and read books too. The cafe is quite nice.
Overall - it's a a place you should drop in!

Have done both dining in and take-away. Pretty good stuff. Service was fast and the food was hot. Did not have the 'wow' factor, but definitely worth dropping in for a quick meal or hang out for a longer meal with friends. It wasn't crowded when we dined in, but it can get a bit cramped if all the tables are taken.

This review is for Bracegirdle's House of Fine Chocolate, Glenelg SA

Definitely has a wow factor! We've been here a couple of times and always find it busy - obviously because they have really great stuff. Staff are friendly and quite efficient. There's plenty of goodies to choose from. Their waffles are amazing.
Since it is right on Jetty Road, you may struggle to find parking when it's busy.
Bracegirdles is a perfect chocolate indulgence after an evening at the beach!

This review is for Webjet, Melbourne VIC

I mainly use webjet as a flight search engine as it will show prices for most common services. However their service charges are quite high and I find it easier to book directly on the airlines website. Occasionally you can get a discount coupon which can be helpful.
Have not used their hotel booking services as yet.

We bought one of the packages for 1000$ which included a cot, pram, car seat, etc and felt it was value for money. We had to stagger the pick up though as not all items were available. The items were packaged well enough to just fit into my car. Broke a part of the pram a few months later and this was fixed for a reasonable amount. I have bought a few small items there too when on sale.
They do have a great variety of stuff and when you request for help, the staff are friendly.
I later bought a safety gate which had a faulty part - chose to return it and the obliged a full refund immediately.
Some of their stuff is overpriced, but you can haggle a bit. Try a price match if you have seen it cheaper elsewhere.
There is plenty of parking around.
I've heard they have shifted recently, but have not been to their new store.

Approximate cost: $1200
