Am able to complete my postal errands with ease. Staff are helpful and professional at all times. The only downside is that sometimes it can get quite busy but other than that it's a well-run outlet.

The staff are friendly and extremely efficient and handle your needs with urgency. They also have a nice little selection of gift products which can be handy when you're in a hurry. overall, a great little post office to call in to.

My favourite of the two Post Offices in the Eight Mile Plains / Runcorn area. The service is always friendly and efficient. They have moved from Runcorn Plaza to the new shopping centre on the corner of Warrigal and Underwood Road. The shop is bigger and they have more things for sale.

Nice small post office, friendly staff, always able to help with my queries and assist with a friendly attitude. Good selection of stationary and everyday items such as sticky tape, pens etc..

Nice little post office in runcorn plaza, customer service is always friendly and polite, they sell little things like birthday cards and stationary, postcards, not a great range, but good enough.
