Worst company I have ever dealt with. Paid the premium to have the car delivered on time. They didn't know where the truck was didn't know where the driver was, eventually got there five days late and left my daughter starting a new job in a new state with no car and most of her belongings in the car. Wouldn't return phone calls. Their incompetence was breathtaking. Stay well clear of this mob.

Worst company to transport your vehicle that won’t stick to their initial quote after picking up your vehicle.

BE VERY CAUTIOUS BEFORE USING CAR TRANSPORT EXPRESS SERVICES.

Don't trust Car Transport Express, they are not at all Professional and do not care or look after their customer once car is booked for interstate transport. No responsible person to answer and NO follow-up.

Car Transport Express has only one number to contact and whoever answers call on other side are just dump.

I booked my car for interstate transport and i was being told max 20 days from Perth to Canberra. After one month, i was shocked to find that my car was still in Perth. After my follow-up call to find out why "so called Manager" promised to give a call back with latest status and even after week NO CALL HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

Our car took a month to be moved between Brisbane and Perth. It didnt leave for over a week and then its been one excuse after the next.
I would strongly recommend that people dont use this service as theres nothing express about it!!
The car is covered in dust and has been out in the sun at depots for 4 weeks.
If I could give less than one star I would!!

My car was arranged to be picked up by this company from mildura to Tasmania. They picked the car up and transported it to Melbourne and this has been sitting in someone else's yaurd for 24 days. I have been calling continually finding out where it is only to be told after 24 days the carrier will not freight it the rest of the way due to the car being a damaged car. When I arranged the freight I had sent in pictures and told them exactly what it was. After finding my car and been told lies from Rob and staff I have now awaiting a small portion of my refund to return if it ever does. Anyone who is wants to use this company please be wary as they will do the same again and leave your car stranded in the middle of no where. I will personally pay the difference to people for not using this company . And yes rob you know I dont need a reference number to prove that i was dealing with this company.

Awesome service, called and got a quick quote over the phone. much cheaper than the other companies i had contacted, i did find myself asking alot of questions as to which the gentleman answered all of them in detail making me feel very comfortable with the process (never done this before). They supply tracking for the car which was great! vehicle came right on time, smooth service would use them again!

Car damaged during transfer no one is taking responsibility when i called customer support they asking for access fee to claim insurance. They suggested to go for local painter that will be cheaper as compared to claiming an insurance from them.
Never ever go for such a 3rd class company. People at depot are sense less, no respect for the customer. They did not say sorry for damage, rather than ask to take the car home as such

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TWO CARS BRISBANE TO PERTH. THEY DEMAND PAYMENT IN ADVANCE., WHICH WE HAVE NEVER DONE BEFORE, BUT WE FELT RUSHED AND PRESSURED. THEY PASSED OUR CARS INTO ANOTHER COMPANY, SMB. BOTH COMPANIES HAVE LIED AND AVOIDED US. AFTER 3 WEEKS WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO CONTACT POLICE AND REPORT OUR TWO CARS STOLEN.

Do NOT ever use this company. Damaged my vehicle to roof and exhaust causing over $3000 worth of damage and asked me to pay the excess to fix it and made me drive around to get quotes. Dodgy company and you deal with claim people that just have gmail addresses and no phone numbers. You are dealing with contracted drivers that are careless.
