Great trainers and facilities at Chatswood for learning ,classes run very smoothly and teachers are have a lots of knowledge and are helpful

Would highly recommend this college to study a Diploma of Beauty Therapy. I am currently a student studying at the Chatswood College, it’s a fantastic learning facility, with very helpful Trainers. We have learnt so much already and I can’t wait to start learning Laser and Dermal Therapy.

I have been going to the Academy for 2 years. I've had many different treatments and have enjoyed every visit. The students are professional and knowledgeable. I won't consider going elsewhere.

The AAOBST is my go to beauty spa. I've had facials, waxing, mani, pedi and massages. It's great value and the service they provide is of the highest standard. The students who I've had provide the service are friendly, knowledgeable and always follow best practice. They provide a service that is of the best value and I won't go anywhere else. I've recommended friends and family who have also been here so would highly recommend.

My husband gifted me a massage treatment and I wish he had gifted me a longer treatment day! My experience from start to finish was overall a positive one - the receptionist was friendly and lovely, as was my student therapist. I had visited other beauty schools for reduced cost treatments and this visit was by far more pleasant. It felt like a day spa in that it was all professional, and facilities were clean. My therapist asked a few questions in the beginning and after the treatment and discussed some further treatment (return visits) that might benefit me but was understanding when I mentioned I couldn't commit because I don't have a lot of time I can take being away from my infant. Its a big drawcard to return knowing that in the short time of your treatment, your therapist is in tune with your needs and provides a recommendation, without being overly sales-y - this has been a put-off for me in the past. She also didn't talk and ask questions through the treatment; again a turn off visiting other colleges. My only suggestion is for therapists to be mindful of the temperature of their hands - I did get a shock to start my massage but it was later forgotten. I am leaving hints for my husband to gift me with the Mother's Day package this year!!
