We were very happy with the service provided. Alex arrived on time to do a service for the air conditioner and heater and discovered that the heater had some faults and was too old to work well. We arranged for a new one to be installed and it was done very promptly and with the minimum of fuss. All paper work for the rebate and warranty was provided as well. Thank you for your professionalism.

This was a most pleasant and efficient transaction from the start. We had a number of tradesmen quote but Dan at Australian Climate was very thorough and detailed in his estimation for us and the work commenced 2 days after we agreed to go ahead - just in time for the current heatwave and all ready for Christmas. We are loving our cool rooms, the Daiken is quiet and easy to operate. The garden was left in tact and the tradesmen very accommodating in positioning the system without uprooting our plants. Very very happy with whole process. Would absolutely recommend Australian Climate Systems for your air conditioning needs. We had previous dealings with them through the Lilydale Bowling Club where they installed heating for us and maintain our larger air conditioners at the club. Always a pleasure dealing with them.
