These guys will say whatever you want to hear to get you in.
They will also build a pergola without a permit. They told us most don't go through council. Pretty sure you can lose your licence over this. Didn't sit right with me which began my doubts with us going through any further.
They claim they will help you with getting the permit however have no clue of what they're doing.
They submitted drawings which don't match and missing crucial measurements.
I've asked twice for a plumbers quote which never came. She said she'd set something up however I would then not hear from her. When my husband spoke with them they finally set up an appointment.
When we decided to not use them I emailed my concerns with no response for a week. My husband then spoke with them and they sweet talked him into believing they knew what they were doing.
When we received the document from the building inspector this is when we were just flabbergasted at their incompetence. This spoke about the drawings not matching up and missing measurements. All basic info required we discovered after doing a quick email search .
Beware and be warned. They are clueless.
I believe because we wanted to get permits they had no idea how to help us.
I truly believe they think we will walk away with out getting our deposit back as they've been ignoring our email's.

If you don't want to use permits you'd most likely have no issues.

Amazing clinic. You can see their love for the work they do.
Our animal swallowed a small stuff toy. Was so distressing. We found this 24 hour clinic and they were amazing from the start.
They explained everything that needed to happen and were lovely when we came to visit our dog as he was there 2 nights.
We got thorough updates and a fabulous discharge appointment to go over everything.
Highly recommend these guys.

Did an excellent job installing our breezeair unit. Even vacuumed their mess when they were finished.
They went over how to use the touch screen.
The unit is amazing and we're cool on hot days. Evaporative unit is so quiet, no noise at all.
I highly recommend this company.
