Australian Climate Systems were brilliant from the thorough, honest and personable salesman who took the time to look into the problem properly and explain all my options without being pushy and quote me on the day to the two highly efficient and friendly installers who completed the job leaving my place with no trace of even being here. Would highly recommend them to anyone and price was extremely competitive.

The salesman was very thorough and didn't try to manipulate us into something we wouldn't need. Work was done to a very high standard and the only minor issue we had was fixed without issue within 7 days. Great quality split systems also- cool! (and hot when necessary!)

I had three quotes for ducted heating in the ceiling. The first person hardly looked at my place and told me there were no discounts ever when you buy heating in the summer so when Australian Climate Systems came out and spent 40 minutes going over my house and gave me a 4 star rated system for a 3 star rated price I went with them on the spot.
The people who installed it were professional and respectful. They did a great job.
I’m actually looking forward to winter this year!

Great company & service from the Salesman, Office Staff and Installers. We had a slight hiccup a week after installation, called them to say it was urgent because of my elderly mother requires heating. Thank Goodness that Australian Climate Systems' service was quicker than me posting a well deserved review. Last winter our heating system died in the massive cold snap. Our experience was sensational all the way through the sales to installation process. ACS were so professional, efficient, thorough and quick. I don't normally leave reviews for services, however, they went over and above, which deserved a recommendation from me. Extremely Satisfied in all aspects (service, quality and value). I have now had Australian Climate Systems replace both my Heating and cooling systems. These where both done in a very short time (heater in wintertime and cooling during heatwave) and in difficult conditions the guys where not fazed and carried out the installation without fuss. Everything was cleaned up before they left. The office team was great and responded to our needs rapidly. definitely recommend the whole team to anyone. Very professional and great to deal with.
