In May 2015 we handed over $3000.00 deposit for windows to Australian Double Glazing in Montmorency, owner name is John.
We were told the windows would be coming from Europe and would arrive November 2015. We started making calls in December 2015 to the company to get told there was issues with shipment and should arrive mid December 2015.
We have made numerous calls in Jan, Feb & March 2016 and each time we get a new date for windows. For the month of April 2016 no calls have been taken and you leave message and no one calls back.
Beware buyers, there are no windows coming and either the company has gone broke or they were running something fishy.
Consumer affairs have had numerous complaints who have advised to go to VCAT.
I want other people to be aware of this.
