The 6kg gyros we bought and was not secured correctly. The large loose pieces flopped around the spit and spun. The meat was tough and tasteless. I complained and Kosta accepted responsibility. Kosta offered any purchase from the store at half price. I sent them an email in early April 2024 asking them to confirm this half price offer. However I had no reply. Used the same and current email. A polite reply would have been sufficient, irrespective of their answer. We moved our business elsewhere and I highly recommend their competitor. The gyros was perfect and cheaper too.. Although the Australian Meat Company did the right thing, accepted responsibility and offered half price meat, they did not honor their promise. Rude people who prefer to avoid when things don't suit them I do not recommend Australian Meat Company at all. Go elsewhere.

Went to go buy meat a couple of weeks ago and was served by a lady called Hellina.
She was rude and looked like she didn’t want to serve me. I spent over $300 and she treated me as I was not there. Poor customer service and will be going somewhere else due to this woman.

Very friendly people, clean shop & AWESOME meat, very fresh & exceptional value... I have been getting meat here for 6 months now & find that the quality is fantastic. I will never buy meat anywhere else, my lot are very fussy & havent complained yet.

This place has the best meat I have ever tasted. It is always tender and very fresh. The prices are cheap and the place is so clean you could eat off the floor. The service is fantastic and the people that work there are always smiling.
