Used to be good but service level seems to have dropped.
Original appt scheduled for THU, was rescheduled by Auto King SMS to MON, same time.
Come MON, mechanic no show. I phoned Auti King 1h later, was told appt had been rescheduled to 13:00h instead but I had not been notified. Operator assured me it was the first job on mechanic’s call out list.

MON, 14:07h - Mechanic still NO SHOW. Phoned Auto King was told appt had been rescheduled to 13:45h, with no explanation why mechanic was almost 30-mins late.

WASTE OF MY TIME.
POOR COMMUNICATION.
NO SHOW.

Horrible, absolutely disgusting service and rip offs, I have never come across this kind of customer service before, no one knows what they are doing, poor communication between mechanics and the office had to chase up paperwork 4 times calling to finally get a result then get charged extra because it goes over the 2 weeks which was their fault!!!!! Will never use their service again and recommend anyone and everyone to avoid them if possible.

They sent the Redcliffe guy out. Botched the job, so he said it was a common factory fault, replaced it, at my expense and broke another part while doing that AND THEN accused the part he broke as being the real problem..not the part I'd just paid for!! He wanted more money to pay for that!!
He left, I rang Southport numerous times, filled out complaint forms etc,
NOBODY EVER CALLS BACK. YOU CANT GET PAST THE JOB BOOKING ON THE PHONE,

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING AUTOKING. I WAS RIPPED OFF, DONT YOU BE.

Terrible quoting procedure. Both the website and the subsequent phone call I received tried to book me in multiple times rather than offering a quote. When asked for a quote, found out they don't service my area. Website lies about locations serviced.

This guy was really rude. Just treated me like he didn't want the business and would rather belittle me. I hung up on him after about a minute due to his attitude

Rang to get a quote. Guy was very disinterested and says he is playing tennis n its hard to hear me. Tried my best to explain what I was inquiring. His response was so demeaning to me and he was talking to me like as if I had a mental disability saying word by word loudly taking like 2 seconds to say each word to me. I was very offended. Its not even the case of bad customer service but just trying to belittle someone and unacceptable behaviour towards someone else.

Waste of time. Did a roadworthy, car not roadworthy, ok so I'm told the faults but they can't fix them, asked when they can do it, shocks n bushes, says he doesn't have time for big jobs, was double booked, whinged about his life, sounds like they only take the easy money. Wow mechanics that won't do mechanical work, why offer this service if you can't even service the car.

Doesn't service Sydney, website says they have about 20 franchises. Well they have NONE. Stay away, don't waste your time and breath...

Asked for an Auto Electrician
to install dashcam with power box.
Mobile mechanic did the job.
2.5 hours
charged 2 hrs.
Did not seem to have an idea of what he was doing.
Black box needed current 24/7
Gave him the boxes with instructions.
Did not read instructions.
Keep on asking where I wanted it fitted.
My response was
Want it done correctly and do not want to see wires.
Not happy.
