Used to be good but service level seems to have dropped.
Original appt scheduled for THU, was rescheduled by Auto King SMS to MON, same time.
Come MON, mechanic no show. I phoned Auti King 1h later, was told appt had been rescheduled to 13:00h instead but I had not been notified. Operator assured me it was the first job on mechanic’s call out list.

MON, 14:07h - Mechanic still NO SHOW. Phoned Auto King was told appt had been rescheduled to 13:45h, with no explanation why mechanic was almost 30-mins late.

WASTE OF MY TIME.
POOR COMMUNICATION.
NO SHOW.

Only if you have all the time in the world, eye for detail and "technical knowledge" to quality check everything , from every word in the quote to every piece of material used and re-check every measurement. They're polite & product quality is good but attention to detail in the word is lacking. It's also not a full service - existing doors needed to be re-hung myself. Plaster they cracked on my wall was not fixed.
As for the doors, which is their supposed speciality - multiple issues with measurements that had to be re-done. All in all, a 1/2 day work resulted in multiple visits, multiple chasing up.[redacted] had to pay extra from what was originally quoted
