Please don't bring your car here if your car has an engine issue.
My car had trouble starting the engine, so it was towed to this service centre as one of the mechanics said he could look for my car when I rang them.
However, any mechanic in Autoparis did not investigate my car for three weeks and never called me back to let me know the progress, even after they promised to call me back.
I had been patiently waiting for three weeks, and when I called them after three weeks since towed, Paul said they didn't have time to look for my car.
Indeed, I couldn't put my car here any longer for waiting to be fixed.
Whenever I called them, they just repeated the same story that they would see my car after another job was done and would call me back, but it never happened for three weeks.
I spent money on another tow service to bring my car to another car service centre.
I now feel I relive to bring my car from Auto Paris, and very peaceful emotionally.
And zero chance of getting back to this centre.
However, the reason why I decided to remain this review is to alert another driver.
I am not sure whether they can fix another issue, not the engine one, but, indeed, their attitude toward the customer who depends on their care of my car is passively abusive enough

Very nice bunch of guys. Had an exhaust leak that need to be fixed, in which they completed within 2hrs whilst fixing other problems in the process. Very prompt service, and are very informative explaining the problems that are going on with the car. Definitely going back there for future problems I may have.
These guys have found multiple issues that previous mechanics either ignored or were unable to diagnose. Service and communication have been faultless. Very reasonable rates. Pro-active about potential future problems or future needs.
We have taken our car here regularly for the last 2 years. We've have several problems with the car that another mechanic failed to fix. These guys fixed the problems which great, but it cost us a lot! The owner is lovely and bends over backwards to help.

this car was dropped off without a booking we were booked out for 4weeks as we told the customer, we told him we would try and squeeze it in if we had any spare time, which sadly didnt happen where the customer got upset we hadnt fixed it in the time frame he wanted it done where he took it to regangs and dumped it on there door step, luckly they had a a bit of time to look at it, and replace the fuel pump which was the problem. we are more than capable to fix french cars, but we can only do what we can in day, and if people have been waiting 4 weeks to get in, they get priority.
