This place doesn't look the best, but it's the service and quality of work that matter. Pricing is very competetive, if not the best in the area. I go only for Beautician work so cannot rate the hairdressing. Fast and friendly, the staff know what they are doing and dont mess you around. Sometimes have to wait a little after your appt time, but that is usually due to other customers arriving late. A one stop shop for all your needs!

We have been frequenting Basera since it opened about 5 yrs ago. The service is generally very average so we only do take out now. The prices are more than other places nearby (ie in Boronia), but the quality of the food is sooooo much better! We have been to other restaurants to try them out, but we always come back to this one. The Lamb DoPiaza, and Chicken Saag are beyond compare. If you go.....con't expect excellent service, but do expect fantastic food.

Been going to Michael for years. He is always up to date with the latest in hair care science, colours and cut styles. He knows what cut works for your face shape, and always gets it right for me! I couldn't go to anyone else! He is not the cheapest, but the results speak for themselves. I get a shampoo, cut colour (FULL) head of foils, usually 3 diff colours, and the cost is about $150.

These guys have found multiple issues that previous mechanics either ignored or were unable to diagnose. Service and communication have been faultless. Very reasonable rates. Pro-active about potential future problems or future needs.
